Our Beautiful Community Orchard!

The Kent Wildlife Trust are currently working on transforming a large patch of grass land into a beautiful orchard and they needed some help. Today, 4 members of our College Council were invited to support this fantastic new development. The Mayor of Dover was invited and together we planted the very first apple tree. The orchard will consist of 16 trees bearing different varieties of apples, plums and pears. It will be a wonderful place for children to go and visit and we cannot wait to pick some fruit to make delicious treats. It is our job as children of the community to look after this wonderful development and make sure it is cared fore and respected by other people. It is incredibly exciting and we are looking forward to visiting again.
